Return & Refund Policy
At POPPACORN, we take great care to ensure that every product is freshly prepared, safely packed, and delivered in perfect condition.
As our products fall under food and consumable categories, all items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Replacements (Only in Exceptional Cases)
While returns and refunds are not offered, a replacement may be requested only under the following conditions:
- The product arrives with significant damage to the packaging, or
- The item delivered is incorrect or unfit for consumption
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The product must be unused and unopened
- It must be kept in its original packaging
- A valid invoice or order confirmation must be provided
- Replacement approval is at the sole discretion of the POPPACORN team after verification
Approved replacements will be shipped within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, only if they have not yet been shipped
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded
Delivery Issue
Please report any instances of:
- Non-delivery
- Damaged items
- Missing products
within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.
